要保證液壓油在管道中保持紊流狀態還要考慮液壓油在管道中的壓力損失，泵的輸出壓力必須大于液壓油在管道中保持紊流所損失的壓力，損失的壓力p用式（4）計算。泵的輸出壓力由系統的溢流閥調定，所以溢流閥調定的壓力必須大于系統損失的壓力，否則 液壓機系統的流速不能達到紊流要求。
